I’m Alexis, a woman who has walked through the fire, the fog, and the tide, and who is still learning to breathe deeper with each wave.
I’m a Reiki Master, intuitive guide, and energy worker. But before any of that, I’m someone who has been cracked open by life and chose to let the light in.
Of Salt & Spirit was born from my own unraveling. What started as a way to hold myself together became something bigger: a space to help other women do the same. To soften. To remember who they are. To find steady ground in the middle of becoming.
Reiki, Crystals and Angels are part of that work and are some of the tools I offer. But they were never the whole story. Of Salt & Spirit has grown into something wider: thoughtful tools, welcoming spaces, and signature experiences, all built around one belief – that reconnecting with yourself isn’t a luxury, it’s the whole point.
